Yes! Medical cannabis is legal if you qualify for the medical conditions specified by the State of Texas. Woodlands Cannabis Clinic can provide you access to the state's Compassionate Use Program. Under the program, once you have a prescription, you can access one of the state's dispensaries to receive your medication.
That is where Woodlands Cannabis Clinic (WCC) comes in! Fill out the form to have your appointment scheduled with our physician. If approved during your appointment, our physician will input your prescription into an electronic system. The last step is to call one of the two licensed dispensaries to fill your prescription! You can pick up your medicine or have it delivered.
WCC will qualify you for FREE. If qualified, your initial appointment will cost $220. Any follow-up appointment will be $110. Appointments will be private pay only.
No. If WCC certifies you into the Compassionate Use Program (CUP), you will have access to medical cannabis that is not allowed to be sold in any stores in Texas. Your medically-prescribed cannabis is grown and produced under the CUP at one of three dispensaries. The high quality and lab standards of the dispensaries will not allow pesticides or chemicals to be present in the medicine. Each dispensary must grow, harvest, process and package all the medicine. A Certificate of Analysis or "COA" is available upon request from the dispensaries.
No. You only need a proof of ID to pick up your medical cannabis product at the dispensary. If you need your caregiver to pick up your medical cannabis, our physician can add them you your profile.
